Mapping assets
All asset recovery exercises comprise a comprehensive map of assets. Through detailed analysis of publicly available documents and where applicable, source-led inquiries we identify and locate assets owned directly or indirectly by a subject. Here, we will also determine the value and worth of the asset in the event of seizure.
Asset recovery - strategy and support
Working hand in hand with counsel we will help create an enforcement strategy in each relevant jurisdiction. Here, we will estimate the value, desirability, legal tools and potential hurdles to attachment in each jurisdiction.
Where applicable we will also monitor assets for signs of dissipation and/or a subject's ongoing activities regarding the purchase and sale of assets, commercial interests and activities and future plans.
